Providing foster/adopt services through Home Studies, Case Management, Quality Assurance for Minimum Standards for Child Placing, maintaining regular direct contact with families, as well as monitoring individual and family progress in attainment of predetermined goals, as well as provide regular review and updating of service plans as needed. Work to develop and maintain effective working relationships with individuals, families and community service resources. Promote family self-determination by providing training and support in the development of skills and accessing of community resources. Provide guidance to individuals making choices about their career including: assessing clients' personal characteristics, skills and interests via one-to-one interviews. Provide parent education to parents to obtain the education and skills needed to raise physically, psychologically, and emotionally healthy children, Provide career counseling to identify individual strengths, capacities, knowledge and skills, Provide Community Health Worker Training preparing individuals to work in public health, private health care delivery systems, community-based social services agencies, and health care insurance organizations, Designs and develops curriculum content, training materials, training modules, teaching aids, and manages all aspects of curriculum development for private and nonprofit agencies.
