Mako Shark Srl deals with the production and marketing of fiberglass parts and accessories for motorcycles. Over the years, the company has specialized in the production of high-tech construction composites for military, aeronautical and automotive applications. Mako Shark processes consist in the realization and / or design of own and third party products, using thermosetting resin prepregs with carbon, glass and aramid fibers, Kevlar, quartz, prepregs, honey comb, nomex, roachell, epoxy resins, cyanoester, structural adhesives. Currently, the company employs the collaboration of about 50 employees, and covers a total area of 7000 square meters of which 2600 are covered by two adjacent production units (prepreg composites and fiberglass). The company is able to follow the product from the initial study phase, in close collaboration with the customer, up to mass production, passing through the creation of models, molds, equipment and CNC machining, following the three-dimensional modeling and / or of finite element analysis. Thanks to the internal laboratory, MS is able to test and qualify the materials.
