I am an experienced value driven leader and management consultant with a proven history of working as a change agent. Skilled in organizational development, operating and governance models, performance management and change management – all in a digital context. I combine transparent and direct leadership with a strong analytical sense and capability. There are challenging issues to be solved within all sectors and areas in society, including gender and diversity related issues. I am especially keen to support gender equality initiatives within professional services. There are also great opportunities up for grabs.
