Providing services to nonprofits, including: • Management training and coaching for experienced Vice Presidents and senior leadership • Building new income streams, especially small and recurring donor programs • Creating strategies, budgets, and field plans for civic engagement programs, including voter registration and voter contact • Developing organizational branding and packaging, messaging, website language, and talking points • Creating advocacy or grassroots campaigns that can effectively and efficiently move political or corporate targets • Technological enhancements, both hardware and software, to improve fundraising, membership-building, supporter engagement, and campaign and field work
