Tea Tap began with an on-line introduction of 3 foodies, each with an active interest in delicious, healthy foods & beverages and all with a passion to learn and share more about tea and tea beverages. Two of us live in France, one in the USA. Francois, an expert in wines, food and finance with 16 years experience in a leading restaurant-bar & brewing business. Is our food & beverage pairing expert. Quentin, with 9 years experience in the brewing and restaurant business shares his special interest in food trends, Kombucha, design and great tea wares! Richard, a tea professional with 3 decades experience working with the worlds most prominent specialty tea companies developing blends and sourcing fine teas will continue to bring us exciting new tea beverages. We plan to push the envelope of tea flavors and varietals to the limit, to share the finest in classic teas, introduce you to amazing Kombucha and very exciting iced teas, and to share the experience of our journey through the world of tea with all of you. Each of us in on a learning curve and although we might be experts in our given field, we each recognize that we have a lot more to learn about tea, from one another and from you, our customers and fellow travelers along this path.
