Fondazione Ergo is the body that brings together companies, trade unions and universities in a research, training and certification project of work measurement systems and biomechanical load control. The Foundation is a center of aggregation based on absolute neutrality in relations between the company and the trade union, with the aim of harmonizing productivity and safety at work. Based in Varese, Fondazione Ergo was established in January 2012 and is chaired by Luigi Galante, FCA VP Manufacturing EMEA Premium Brands. Prof. Sandro Trento is the general manager.
