Swedish & English was founded in 2015. The primary goal was to invest and renovate dilapidated properties in Dalarna, Sweden. We wanted to develop beautiful, open plan homes for 21st Century young professionals and families. After succeeding in renovating a multi-unit project, we moved our focus to a shorter term strategy. Swedish & English aim to keep the short term strategy (buy-to-sell) in Dalarna, plus developing a long term strategy (buy-to-let) in Stockholm. We aim to have our first Stockholm property renovated and leased on a long term contract in 2018.
