Sèchey was born out of the desire to drink more mindfully. A nod to the French word for dry, each tasting room is an experience in the no/low movement. Our alcohol free bottle shop is also a home bar destination with a curated selection of sophisticated alternatives to alcohol. Our boutique stocks everything from alcohol-removed beer and wine as well as non-alcoholic spirits, ready-to-drink cocktails and functional beverages with adaptogens and nootropics. The Sèchey staff provides an educational experience to guide our guests through our assortment and even how to craft cocktails without traditional spirits.
