Evergreen was founded in 1998 in Clyde, OH, to provide a sustainable, reliable supply of quality polyester resin for PET strapping. In 2021, Evergreen expanded our footprint to four locations across North America, becoming one of the three largest producers on food grade rPET in the hemisphere. The company now has recycling and manufacturing facilities in Albany, NY; Clyde, OH; Riverside, CA; and Amherst, Nova Scotia. We currently collect more than 11.6 billion post-consumer PET bottles and produce 147 million pounds of food grade rPET annually.
