We take a highly relational approach to each opportunity, it being paramount that we have absolute confidence in each and every business that we profile. To that end, Chance Capital will co-invest in each deal. We look to take on businesses that braodly meet the following critera: • Min 3 years rev (with proven growth) • Min £5m turnover • Min £500K EBITDA (or exponential growth if pre profit) • Exceptional management team • Raising min £2m (up to £50m) • Ideally UK domiciled business. • Sector agnostic (bar oil, gas, pharma, theatre, film & fashion) • Seeking debt or equity • Preferably EIS compliant, but not a necessity
