Each annual session of the school lasts two weeks, during which the students will be exposed to engineers, astronauts, and executives of the space industry who will advise them on a student-led team design project. The FISE mission is to provide space-based, academic instruction in a collaborative environment to international, pre-collegiate students while offering an introduction to the aerospace industry.
