We match deserving unemployed or underemployed individuals held back in the job market with our Partners in the business community who are willing to provide the opportunity for work or mentorship. Our extensive qualification process matches each Partners with a qualified Participant. As such, our Partners can be confident that they are impacting the life of someone deserving, not in the form of a hand-out, but rather through enablement, training, or mentorship. And our Participants benefit from this collaboration by continuing to earn a living.
