The RAW School of Fitness is a premiere strength and conditioning facility located on the shores of Georgian Bay in the town of Midland. We use functional movements that are constantly varied, and performed at high intensity to elicit maximum performance from the human body as well as fast-track our client to the results they desire. CrossFit is an open-source fitness program that is constantly adapting and improving based on the newest information from the exercise science community.
