We observe how physical spaces are working out for customers. We find out if they are liked and how they are used. We work out why. We watch. We measure. We improve Konvergence are a small field based research and consultancy group who specialise in solving real problems, in real spaces for real customers. Direct observation is at the core of our work. We also do interviewing and implementation too. For over 10 years we’ve been watching customers in real life situations, solving everyday problems from parking to queuing. We’ve worked in stores, banks, hospitals, car dealerships, airports, government buildings, service centres, libraries, supermarkets, offices, pubs, restaurants, cinemas, leisure centres and post offices all around the world.
