For over 40 years TVI has been supplying new and used stainless steel storage and process vessels. From our 52 acre site in Doncaster, we handle the increasing demand for high quality stainless steel storage and process vessels from a wide range of industries – each with its own requirements and standards. We usually stock at least 1000 used vessels ranging from 50 litres to 300,000 litres. As well as supplying used vessels, we also manufacture new stainless steel storage and process tanks. From initial concept design to final quality inspection, all our manufacturing processes are completed in house. Our purpose-built fabrication shop is 34.5m by 24.0m with an under hook height of 14.0m – enabling us to manufacture stainless steel vessels from as small as 50 litres right up to 180,000 litres. We use manual metal arc, MIG and TIG welding techniques, which are supported by both oxy-acetylene and plasma cutting. All our vessels are fabricated to the highest level of quality excellence. We ensure this by following our ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Tanks can be designed to ASME VIII DIV 1 2021 or in the case of flat bottom vessels, EN 14015. For hygienic applications, vessels can be fabricated to meet EHEDG guideline standards. We also hold a large selection of pumps and ancillary process equipment on site, where we stock centrifugal, positive displacement and scavenge/liquid ring pumps. Our process equipment division stocks a wide range of used equipment including filters, CIP systems, heat exchangers, mixers, carbonators and pasteurisers. Due to our low overheads, automated equipment and our vast range of stock, we offer both new and used equipment at extremely attractive prices and delivery timescales.
