The Vermont Farmers Food Center works to relocalize the food system in the Rutland region through educational programs, expansion of markets, aggregation and distribution of local food. Our campus in downtown Rutland is host to the winter farmers market, an educational greenhouse, and community events and programs. VFFC is working to grow into a food hub with the build out of a processing and storage facility as well as a larger commercial kitchen.
