Venue Events Operations Manager, working under the direction of the Head of Operations, to manage events and the venue's day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest levels of service and exceeding customer experience. 2. Venue Events Sales Executive, to act as a venue ambassador in the sales field and drive revenue by selling the Mermaid London as an event venue. You'll be converting enquiries, upselling events, and managing the relationship pre-arrival, as well as liaising with clients post-event and maximizing opportunities for future business.
