FiaTest started activity in 1990, as the first Romanian consultancy company specialised in quality management and adult education. As an answer to its clients needs, FiaTest has developed its competences on several main directions: management systems for industry and administration (testing laboratories, environment, occupational health and safety, information security), project management and personnel training; since 2008 we have expanded our expertise in fields such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM (Total Production Maintenance) and IT Security. During its 22 years of activity, FiaTest has assisted over 400 organisations, has run 60 projects financed by national or European bodies and has organised open or client- tailored courses for more than 8,000 participants. All the projects have been based on the practical and theoretical expertise of the FiaTest team who is totally engaged to provide a large range of complex and useful services meant to ensure our client organisations sustainable performances.
