Talemia
www.talemia.comSomething incredible happened in 2020/2021 in the African Tech Startup Ecosystem. Stripe acquired Paystack for $200M and Flutterwave became a Unicorn valued at $1B. We strongly believe that there’s something that happened back end for these startups to achieve that level of success. A larger percentage of early stage African founders are struggling with their ideas and solutions because of the very limited access to high impact platforms where they can be exposed to relatable information, the right people, and practical tools to launch, build and scale profitable companies Talemia launched first as ‘’Talem Business School’’ in July 2020 where we wanted to help early stage startups figure out their business structure. Later on we realized that we needed to do much more than that. We relaunched on the 1st of March 2021 to support early stage African founders launch profitable businesses faster than they can on their own Our goal really is simple here – to help you get through the first phase. This usually means: supporting you to move from 0 (nothingness) to 1 (a point where you have built something) impressive enough to share with the market and possibly attract seed funding. We simplify the learning process so that execution becomes easier. This means that we cut out so many technical jargons and focus on ‘’Practical Execution’’. We are building Africa’s next portfolio of profitable companies
