Based in Calgary, Alta., Avenue Living Communities is one of Western Canada’s largest apartment building owner and operators. From humble beginnings of 24 units in Brooks, Alta., we have grown to manage over 12,000 rental apartments in more than 450 buildings in the Prairies. We now own and operate buildings in 20 locations across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, and continue to expand into new markets.
