We Are Believers of Young Achievers. The Motivation Group believes that by helping people realize their strengths, they can become leaders in their communities, schools, and workplaces. The Motivation Group partners with local high schools, colleges and universities, businesses, and other non-profit organizations to provide youth leadership programs in Fort Worth, Texas. The Motivation Group works with young adults to build on their strengths. Our programs provide participants with Positive Experiences, Activities, and Knowledge to help them reach their full potential in life. We Focus on Strengths not Weaknesses. Our philosophy is based on Positive Youth Development, meaning we work with youth and young adults on leveraging their strengths, rather than trying to "fix" their weaknesses. Through extensive research and science, we follow a curriculum which works on ones "Developmental Assets" as defined by The Search Institute. We are Committed to Creating Leaders. Reinforcing our approach to leverage an individual's strengths, our programs help young adults build the necessary skills needed to be successful leaders in their community and workplace. We take our YOUTH Seriously. Our Supportive Adults receive a background check and receive the proper training and support needed to work with our members. Adult role models, guides, and friends are very important to young people. With your help, young people can begin to understand themselves and the world around them. We all know growing up isn’t always easy. That’s why young people need adults like you in their lives.
