The firm has developed from its core corporate base to a more broadly-based commercial practice (with expertise in media, sport, IT, leisure, telecoms and employment) and also with a litigation capability. We are based in London with an affiliated office in Dublin. We have strong connections with law firms throughout Europe and the USA. The firm was founded in 2006 by Tony Grant and Jonathan Dawe, who had previously worked as corporate lawyers in a major London-based international law firm. Both have worked overseas for that firm (Tony in the Far East and Jonathan in the Middle East).
