PIECES is a network aimed at bringing together passionate volunteers and children in developing countries. We believe that volunteering should be encouraged. While certain agents make money by charging fees from volunteers, we support volunteers organizationally and – as far as possible – also financially. We foster growth in both the children and our volunteers. Instead of providing financial aid, we want to equip children in developing countries with skills and knowledge and support them to become capable leaders in their society. Volunteering not only benefits children, it also offers a great opportunity for our volunteers to grow personally and broaden their horizons. Right now, we support projects on three continents and nine countries: Mongolia, India, Thailand, Zambia, Sudan, Ethiopia, Colombia, Brazil and Peru.
