The Mid-Atlantic Center for Emergency Management & Public Safety (MACEM&PS) offers custom training for government, non profit and first responder agencies. We also serve as the academic public safety department at Frederick Community College (FCC), offering degree and certificate programs in emergency management, fire service administration, GIS, corrections, police science, and criminal justice to regional and national audiences. In addition to our educational offerings, we regularly provide contract services - research and analysis; editing, design, and publishing; data modeling; etc. - to public and private organizations of all sizes and scales.
