Founded September 2017, Randy D Mosier launched N-Gage Coaching Solutions as an ICF (International Coaching Federation) trained Life Coach. With 28 years experience as a Mental Health Professional with the Missouri Department of Mental Health I discovered the power of the approach of coaching in helping people gain clarity and direction in their lives. As a coach I help clients achieve clarity and direction, through active listening, asking powerful questions, creating awareness and developing goals to create and manage real change. Individuals seeking personal and professional growth can find utilizing a life coach opens up new avenues of thought they had not experienced before. Additionally I come with over 28 years of experience in ministry in the local church. I have served as a missionary in the Dominican Republic, a Student Ministry Pastor and an Associate Pastor. As such I have a unique approach in helping pastors, missionaries, and church volunteers see things with greater clarity. As a christian I believe that there is a spiritual dimension to the process of coaching that gives greater clarity. That clarity for me is inviting the Holy Spirit to be present in each session.
