Beauty for Ashes specializes in providing trauma-informed, life coaching services to women who are seeking to overcome the habitual, maladaptive coping skills that once served them during their times of trauma. BFA does this in a number of ways, including one-on-one coaching, virtual coaching, group coaching (workshops), retreats, and conferences. We are here to walk alongside you as you discover who you are without the weight of trauma. While we are not counselors, we specialize in Treasure Hunting, discovering, and articulating purpose.
