The PAR Fund is a non-profit organization that works to enhance equity and inclusiveness in venture capital raising. We work to eliminate the issues driving minority and female underrepresentation in the venture capital process. We focus on unbiased capital investing provided to early-stage companies. We learn, share, and act on insights that promote fairness in the capital raising and investment process. Our goal is to match the distribution of capital with demographic statistics.
