Lemoltech foundry is a company specialized in aluminum processing by high-pressure injection. It is possible for you to use our turnkey services from conceptualization of parts to delivery of finished products, our technical team will support you. Among our equipment, you rely on six injection molding machines from 400 to 1,800 tons allowing us to manufacture parts from a few ounces to over 40 pounds +/-. The quality assurance department is equipped with a CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), a spectrometer implementation and performs destructive testing. The quality assurance process is strictly controlled according to ISO 9001: 2008 certification since 1994. The monitoring of the injection process on critical parts is provided by a Visitrac system that warns the crew that a parameter might be apart from the expected performance and readjust if necessary. The Foundry has through the various recessions because its managers have diverse spheres of activities in which they are present. We have sixty active customers and have nearly 400 products that we work each year. Among the most active areas in which we open, we are present in street lighting; military industry; the rail industry and construction tools and also transport.
