Royal Aircraft Services provides aircraft structural repairs, modifications and painting services for general aviation and military customers. We are located at the Hagerstown Maryland Regional Airport (KHGR), outside the Washington D.C. SFRA, with a tower-controlled, 7000 x 150 ft ILS equipped runway. As a major damage repair center, we work closely with all insurance carriers, handling structural reconstruction and repairs, control surface rebuilding, and custom aircraft painting, including warranty aircraft repainting for OEM aircraft manufacturers. We also handle custom sheet-metal fabrication work and airframe modifications for special-purpose military and civilian projects. Our painting facility is fully OSHA, MOSHA and EPA compliant. We are a "Green" facility and use only environmentally friendly biodegradable aircraft paint stripping products.
