ECK, MD Dr. Eck received his Medical Doctorate from the University of Nevada School of Medicine. He trained at the Family Medicine Residency of Idaho and has been in private practice since completion of his residency. Dr. Eck is Board Certified through the American Board of Family Medicine and has privileges at both St. Alphonsus and St. Luke's Regional Medical Centers. COLLEEN SHACKELFORD, NPC Colleen Shackelford is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Colleen completed a Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. in 2011. She completed a Bachelors of Science in Nursing at the University of Portland in Oregon in 2004. TERRYN MARTIN, DNP Terryn Martin is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Montana State University with a Doctorate Nurse Practitioner Degree in Family and Individual Care in May 2017. Prior to starting her role as a Nurse Practitioner, Terryn was a registered nurse for over nine years caring for neonatal intensive care, newborn nursery, and maternity patients. She also spent time in nursing academia as a nursing instructor and nurse mentor. RYAN VANCE, RDN, LD Ryan Vance is a Registered Dietitian and member of The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. He received his Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Idaho State University. He brings 10 year’s of experience providing individual and group nutrition counseling sessions.
