Formed in 2013 the NAPB has helped thousands of home sellers make an informed choice about how they sell. Working in tandem with The Property Ombudsman Service which has an excellent track record in driving huge improvements within Estate Agency, Lettings and Property Management, the NAPB firmly believe that regulation, monitoring and redress is the future of the professional property buyer sector. NAPB insists that members belong to TPOS Redress Scheme and encourage transparency, openness and professional development. Potential members must demonstrate that they run a professional business and commit to upholding high standards in their business dealings. However the NAPB is not in itself a redress scheme or regulator but instead gives sellers the information that they need to make an informed property sale decision.
