He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University- College Station and his Doctor of Optometry from the University of Houston. Dr. Ramos is licensed to practice therapeutic optometry and is certified as an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist. He is President of the Corpus Christi Optometric Society and is active in both the Texas Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
