Fontes was established in Estonia, during the year 1991 as the first company that practiced executive search and management consulting. Fontes operates in Latvia since 1996. Today we are proud to be a human resource competence center in the Baltics. In the year 2000, we partnered up with the global assessment center SHL that operates in 150 countries. We provide high-quality remuneration surveys in Baltics. Continuing in 2013 we also partnered up with leading remuneration survey provider Mercer, who has more than 80 years of experience worldwide. Together we provide remuneration data from more than 140 countries, 45 000 organizations and 35 000 0000 employees. We support companies in the process of implementing good corporate practices and performance management, creating transparent and sustainable salary systems, assessing fair pay practices, audits and management consulting.
