At CVD Wellbeing we combine the medical treatment and support of Osteopathy with the benefits of Pilates. Through Pilates we improve posture, alignment, muscle strength and tone. We train on machines and other specialist equipment in small classes providing bespoke instruction for each client. Added to this is our provision of life coaching, all of which helps our clients achieve the true sense of mental and physical health and wellbeing. Our Osteopathy treatment combines the traditional methods Osteopaths area already well know for with our fantastic new TECAR therapy.
