More than a Century to a decade Our Leistritz story is began in Nuremberg; Germany since 1905, from a small factory workshop to produce the first blades and profiles for steam turbines by the founder named Paul Leistritz. After rapid developments in the field of energy generation, Leistritz had already become a professional supplier to all major turbine manufacturers in the world in the 1930s. Since the first jet engines, LEISTRITZ has been a partner of jet engine manufacturers for the development and manufacture of engine blades consisting of difficult-to-machine materials, for example highly heat-resistant steels, titanium and nickel-based alloys. Since 1960, turbine blades for stationary turbines and aircraft engines have also been manufactured in Remscheid; Germany. The works in Remscheid was taken over in 2005 as a specialist for the precision forging of LEISTRITZ in Nuremberg. The two sites now offer all major manufacturing technologies: precision forging, CNC milling and grinding operations, hot and cold rolling, electrochemical processing and all types of surface treatments. With our successful and development continuously as well as adapts to the requirement of the market, a new location for forging of compressor blades for aero engines in the South East Asia was established in 2011 named Leistritz Thailand (LTL), to start producing and delivering our products; compressor blades supply to the machining partner before forwarding products to the first customer of aero-engine manufacturer: Rolls Royce Ever since the first products were built, Leistritz Thailand has been a partner for various aero-engine manufacturers (Rolls Royce, MTU, SAFRAN) in the development and production of engine components from difficult to machine materials such as high- temperature steels, titanium and nickel-based alloys.
