As an EMDR clinician and former Director at Stanford Medical School, I offer you evidence-based therapy, as well as expertise in how people learn and change from my 16 years of applied research at Vanderbilt and Stanford. My approach is relational, and integrates neuroscience, ego states, attachment, and the body to alleviate anxiety, depression, and trauma symptoms. In addition to 5 years of clinical work in private practice, I spent 14 years at Stanford training faculty physicians, medical trainees, nurses, and social workers from around the world. I'm a speaker at national conferences, and a reviewer and published author in journals such as Academic Psychiatry.
