Global Communication has represented Plantronics (leader in communication headset design & manufacturing) as authorized distributor since 1992. Following the acquisition of Polycom (leader in audio video conferencing solutions) by Plantronics in 2019, we have entered the audio video conferencing & collaboration market as an authorized supplier and partner for the following brands in Egypt: Poly (Plantronics + Polycom), JPL Telecom, & IPN Telecom. As a result of our continuous efforts for consistent & reliable product supply & our reputation for excellent after-sales & technical support our listed business partners include over 1000 customers: including over 800 end-users (top multi-national & local companies) & over 200 resellers (B2B & B2C). Global Communication sold over 45,000 Plantronics headsets & accessories in 2019 in the Egyptian market.
