We do not match you with talent that we wouldn’t hire for our team. We help start-ups with at least one of these: -You’ve raised Seed or Venture funding and are trying to build your marketing foundation. -You have product market fit. -Your business is profitable. How it works: 1) Discovery: We start with a 30-minute call with the founder. We'll ask you questions about your product, the problem it solves, your buyer, your marketing efforts, and your business goals. We want to understand: -What kind of marketer do you need? -What marketing tools are you using? -What specific skills do you need? 2) Talent Matching: Once we understand your needs and if there’s a fit in your marketing mindset and what you’re looking for, we’ll search our network of marketers to find a pre-vetted match. Tell us you like our recommended marketer, and we’ll schedule an intro call so you can meet them. We'll set up more intros if you’re unsure about our recommendation. 3) Onboarding: As soon as you approve your growth marketer, they’ll be ready to kick off the project and integrate into your team. If you’re not happy with your marketer, we’ll match you with a new one.
