Originally Founded in 1997 then re-invisioned in 2011 Planet Brooklyn Academy clothing company was created to represent the heart and soul of the borough. The largest populated borough in NYC and the most famous place known around the world. Planet Brooklyn Academy’s fashion and ideology is inspired by collegiate institutional life. There is a sense of devotion and allegiance by those who attend or are alumni of a college. The same feeling is felt when you meet someone from Brooklyn. The energy is undeniable. The comradery, is as great as any on college game day. We decided to take up the mantle of becoming the institution that would encourage the spirit of respect, loyalty and the art of spreading love the Brooklyn way.
