REC incorporates the concepts of Academy, Lab and Research library, is an incubator of wide-ranging initiatives in the real estate sector, with a strong vocation for scientific research, dialogue with operators and training. A unicum in the Italian academic landscape, born in the heart of the Department of Architecture, construction engineering and built environment (ABC) of the Milan Polytechnic, the REC stands as a multifaceted, dynamic and highly qualified center capable of confronting both at the level multidisciplinary and international on the issues of development and innovation, extending the boundaries of the Real Estate sector to all those involved in the value creation processes. - Real Estate is a strategic area for the creation of value in our country: it is the infrastructure through which to generate innovation, employment, real value, social value and economies of scale in welfare services.
