Teaching Martial Arts, Self defense and fitness to everyone. We have a great junior program for 5-10 yuears olds, split out into Lil Dragons and bigger Dragons. The programs help develop kids confidence, ability to deal with confrontation and ability to socialise. On top of this they will improve their coordiantion and balance. The senior programs will give you a great workout whilst learnign to defend yourself in an effective manner.
