The CBB is a non-political, not-for-profit organization, democtratically accountable to individual businesses of all sizes. The CBB is here to promote two way trade between Sri Lanka and the United Kingdom. It also helps to maintain and to foster a harmonious business relationship between Sri Lanka and the United Kingdom CBB functions as a body to; To promote the exchange of information on trade and investment. To support the business community which the organization represents by, - Serving as the recognized representative of the members in matters concerning business relations with SL or UK. - Supporting and encouraging member’s representatives engaged in the management of their companies business in Sri Lanka -Encouraging and arranging discussions, exchange of ideas, information and advice pertaining to member’s interest. -Stimulating co-operation between members, member’s representatives and other organizations. -Providing and disseminating information that would be useful to companies and individuals engaged in or considering engaging in trade between SL and UK.
