Your Choice to Live, Inc. was founded in 2009 by the Lybert family after their son struggled with drug addiction for many years. Led by co-founders Sandi and Rick Lybert, they shared their family’s story to help other parents navigate similar situations and teach youth about the relationship between choices and consequences. Your Choice to Live, Inc. became a 501(c) (3) organization in 2012, with a mission to provide awareness, prevention education, resources and support to youth, parents, schools and communities regarding alcohol and drug use. Since its beginnings in 2009, demand for Your Choice’s programming has grown from a handful of schools to an average of 200 programs at schools, churches, businesses and other community organizations per year. Your Choice to Live, Inc. is a State of Wisconsin certified community substance abuse prevention program.
