IEBA (International Employee Benefits Association)

www.ieba.global

IEBA is the world's leading association providing education, information and professional development opportunities in the constantly evolving world of International Employee Benefits. We have over 800 members, including nominated employees of our corporate members (all of whose employees are entitled to the benefits of membership). In addition to the development of the International Diploma and the Certified Practitioner Accreditation, our objectives include facilitating the exchange of information between its members on matters relating to international employee benefits. Our members come together to learn and to discuss issues relating to international benefits with one another at our Annual Conference and at our events in the various countries where local IEBA branches operate. Membership, providing access to IEBA events, is open to anyone with an interest in international employee benefits, regardless of country of residence. Membership runs for a year from 1 July, and is free for those studying for the Diploma and €95 (or £75 or CHF130 depending on country of residence) for individuals otherwise. Corporate membership is also available. A Members' Area of this website provides access to our new Digital Library of past presentations at events and past issues of IEBA News, Food for Thought and Benefits & Compensation International. Material in the Digital Library can only be viewed and downloaded if users are logged in as an IEBA member, providing further added value to the advantages of IEBA membership. See the Membership tab on how to apply.
