We Are From Dust is a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to putting participatory art in public spaces. Our model is to work with clients to curate an exhibition at their space, raise money from donors and grassroots sources to fund it and pay the artists, then support the activation of community engagement around the art. Our inaugural exhibition opened in April 2019 at Point San Pablo Harbor in Richmond, CA and currently includes 4 installations from established artists whose works first appeared at Burning Man.
