AliFa Ltd. is the next generation of a family-owned business. The real-estate development business started 30 years ago in our home country, Iran, and is now transferred to the next generation who reside in West Vancouver. We think of real-estate and architecture as an opportunity to partner with local trades and provide employment for locals. We also value sustainability and neighborhood character in our design which is the core identity of what we do. Our current projects are focused on single-family residences, with the vision to move to multi-family buildings in the future.
