Cobra Properties currently owns and operates three community centers in Odessa, Missouri; Seymour, Indiana & Robinsonville, Mississippi. Our primary focus is on leasing, acquisitions and property management. Cobra Properties builds long term relationships with national retailers, local entrepreneurs as well as community leaders. Our goal is to provide a consumer driven tenant mix which provides growth opportunities. We work as a team to deliver the best value for each tenant and can offer the lowest rent in the industry.
