RN Guardian is a legal service offered exclusively to California Registered Nurses. For either a monthly membership fee or a one-time flat fee, every RN Guardian client receives a comprehensive legal consultation and zealous attorney representation when threatened with enforcement action against her or his nursing license by the Board of Registered Nursing (BRN). RN Guardian also provides "Preventative Maintenance" for an RN license by offering unlimited complimentary legal advice to keep an incident from becoming an investigation or ultimately a lost license.
