The European Road Assessment Programme - EuroRAP AISBL - is an international not-for profit association (Associations internationales sans but lucratif) registered in Belgium. The Association supports activities across 27 European Countries in addition to 100 partners worldwide supported by our global umbrella iRAP. EuroRAP’s unique purpose is that it provides a holistic, complete and standardised approach in road safety assessment using its protocols which are the United Nations Sustainability Goals 3-4 and European Commission goals on road safety / Directive 2008/96/EC on road infrastructure safety management. Part of the activities of the organisation, is the assessment of the readiness of the infrastructure to allow Connected Automated driving vehicles, Artificial inteeligent, City Star Rating, CycleRAP. EuroRAP is a sister programme to EuroNCAP, the independent crash test programme that star rates new cars for the crash protection they provide to passengers and pedestrians.
