Advocacy Acts to develop and stop threats to collective rights in Latin America. The objective is to connect Collective Rights activists, creating spaces for exchanging experiences and building partnerships, strengthening a network of people through transparent and participatory actions and activities in conjunction with Civil Society, Business, International Organizations, companies and States. This area creates a public network of engagement and mobilization creating narratives that promote collective rights and counter setbacks. Litigation ILAJUC uses strategic litigation, both nationally and internationally, to guarantee the Collective Rights contained in the International Human Rights Treaties and in the national constitutions of Latin American countries. The objective is to defend collective rights to achieve structural and systematic changes, based on punctual and effective legal actions. This area identifies, analyses and produces opinions and technical notes on legislation that affect collective rights. Research Production of knowledge focused on collective rights. We seek to contribute to the debate on the importance of protecting and developing Collective Rights and the environment in Latin America, aiming to deepen the dialogue on the subject to build a more just, solidary and humane Latin America.
